Alex came to women's sports gradually, then all at once. As co-host of Raising the Game, he brings the curiosity of a newer fan who is still learning the history, a fun sense of humor, and a habit of asking how things actually work under the hood. As a dad of two girls and husband to his co-host Caitlin, he believes men showing up genuinely for women's sports matters, not as allies doing a favor, but as fans who get it.

As co-host of Raising the Game, Caitlin brings the credibility of a lifelong athlete and coach, the analytical eye of a data-driven business leader, and a deep conviction that these stories deserve to be told by women who lived them. As a mom of two girls, she knows visibility shapes possibility — and that the work of shining a light on women’s sports is about what the next generation gets to believe is possible for them.
